Terms of Entry for the 5 Weeks of Christmas Giveaway

1. Entry Requirements: Each individual who donates $50 or more to Resurging Communities Inc.’s ELITE Christmas Family Sponsorship will receive one entry into the weekly drawing. This giveaway runs until December 22, 2024, with weekly prize draws. The final winner will be announced on December 22, 2024 at the event "A Night of Elegance."

2. Eligibility: 

   - Not Eligible: Employees and owners of Harp Sound Media & Entertainment or affiliated companies and their immediate family members.

   -Not Eligible: Employees, board members, or volunteers and their immediate family members of Resurging Communities Inc.

3. Winner Responsibilities: 

   - Winners must cover taxes, gratuities, resort fees, and their own transportation to and from the destination.

   - No timeshare presentations or additional requirements are involved in redeeming this prize. Activation involves prepaying associated hotel taxes and fees.

4. Redemption Details:

   - Activate the incentive within 30 days of receipt. Travel must be completed within 18 months post-activation.

   - This offer cannot be combined with other hotel stays or promotions.

   - Only one incentive is allowed per household; group travel is not permitted.

5. Travel Limitations:

   - Room accommodations are typically for 2 adults, with one person over 21 required. Some properties may allow up to 2 additional children under 12, depending on availability.

   - Reservations require a minimum of 30 days’ notice and are subject to availability. Major holidays and special events may not be available, and weekend or peak-season check-ins could incur additional fees.

6. Additional Conditions:

   - Incentive has no cash value and is void if sold or exchanged. It must be activated and redeemed through redeemvacations.com, where recovery fees and taxes vary by destination.

   - Valid ID and major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are required at check-in.

   - Changes and cancellations after confirmation are not permitted and will forfeit activation fees.

7. Miscellaneous:

   - Must reside at least 100 miles from the chosen destination resort.

   - Terms are subject to change without notice, and redeemvacations.com may offer alternative hotels of similar value if needed.

   - Winners can only redeem one vacation incentive every 12 months per household and cannot redeem more than one in the same destination for a lifetime.
